Course Overview
This course will teach you to:
- explain your role in ensuring psychosocial safety in the workplace
- seek support for psychosocial hazards
- recognise and manage psychosocial hazards
- report or facilitate reports of psychosocial hazards
- establish and maintain a psychosocially safe workplace; and
- support your team to care for themselves and others.
